House Guidi holds a series of meetings devoted to some excellent products gastronomy Ravenna
" Enogastronomci routes of Ravenna " is the title of the program of events organized and hosted by Casa Guidi Bagnacavallo (via Boncellino, 113 ).
This is a series of friendly meetings devoted to issues that bind the land, environment, food products and some other culinary excellence in the province.
The next scheduled meeting is set for Friday, March 11 , 20 hours, with an evening dedicated to "the pine Nose," a conversation with dinner to be attended Mario Mazzotti, Regional Council which has contributed to drafting the Law on the nose, Pelliconi Louis, President of Tartufai of Ravenna, and representatives of local development agency Delta 2000.
Through national and regional laws, the peculiarity of the land and the environment are increasingly becoming an essential and integral part of development policies Rural tourism, food and wine quality.
Furthermore, on 26 and 27 March and the following weekend, 2 and 3 April, the Nose of pine will be celebrated during a festival scheduled at the Pineta di Classe.
Future events calendar of the House Guidi will be devoted to other great products, "Eels and Frogs" on 18 March, "Deer, Roe Deer and" March 25, "Bluefish" April 1, "Fowl feather" on April 8, "The weeds" on April 15.
